As Nike was closing 2017, it introduced one of the most interesting last colorways of the year: the Nike KD 10 “Multicolor.” This model made its way onto many of Nike KD 9 models in the previous season and was making a return right there with this iteration, which is NBA star Kevin Durant’s tenth signature basketball sneaker. At the time of the sneaker’s release, the Nike KD 10 “Multicolor” was Kevin Durant’s most advanced sneakers to date.
The Nike KD 10 “Multicolor” was released on December 7, 2017 as part of its strong Autumn and Winter collection. It first hit the retail store shelves and online stores at $150 a pair.
The Nike KD 10 “Multicolor” is constructed mostly with Flyknit material decked out with dazzling bright colors. Perhaps, Nike released such mixed and festive colorway in time for the holidays. Thankfully, the colorway isn’t that too harsh or loud, so it means you can easily wear these shoes as part of your own cool street-smart fashion.
The mostly multicolored Flyknit upper is overlaid with the Cool Grey suede side panel, with the black “Swoosh” logo in it. The “Cool Grey” color is also seen in the laces, toungue, and collar portion. The stitched-in tab with the initials “kd” is at the top of the outer tongue.
The midsole is plain, clean white, which makes an interesting contrast to the colorful upper. It is equipped with the visible and the Zoom Air cushioning which completes the style of this shoe. This cushioning technology, like in previous iterations, helps in returning impact energy back to your foot for ultra-responsiveness.
The Nike KD 10 “Multicolor” also features unique and robust lacing system, a sock-like construction and a durable rubber outsole for an exceptional traction, apart from the characteristically full-length Zoom Air.
People who have worn the Nike KD 10 “Multicolor” have said that these shoes are comfortable and snug when worn. Perhaps it’s partly because of its mostly Flyknit upper.
