Transfer News: Lampard Hints on Chelsea Exits, PSG Prepares Dele Alli Bid

Even though the new football season is underway, European football clubs have been all hands-on deck to seal several transfer markets deals.

Since Dele Alli had a fall out with Spurs manager Jose Mourinho, the former has not been up for selection in the Spurs first team. The England international has attracted some interest from other clubs in Europe. One of them being the fierce French side PSG.

However, Spurs are not willing to sell Dele Alli on a permanent transfer. Instead, the North London side is only going to accept a loan move for the England international.

However, Spurs have rejected PSG £3 million loan offer for the football star. Alli has fallen down the Spurs pecking orders, and that has triggered a move to France.

The negotiations between the two clubs are still underway, with the transfer deadline fast approaching. Surely, a deal should get done between the two teams. Nevertheless, Spurs will stand by not accepting the £3 million loan offer, but they will only accept an amount ranging from £8 million. Only time will tell if the deal between the two teams will get done.

Lampard Hints on Chelsea Departures

Chelsea has been on a spending spree this season. The football club is strengthening on all fronts. But their squad is getting bigger, and that will cause a selection dilemma for Frank Lampard. The Chelsea boss has hinted on some Chelsea players that will be shown the exit door. Ross Barkley is amongst the players that will be leaving Stamford Bridge, and a loan deal has been put in place for the England international.

Ross Barkley is on the verge of joining Aston Villa on a season-long loan, and that will map a way for new signings to be up for selection. The likes of Ziyech will be aiming to feature in the Chelsea squad, and Barkley’s move will create a right balance for Chelsea.

There are also other players who have been linked with a move away from the bridge ahead of the transfer deadline on Monday. Callum Hudson-Odoi has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich on a season-long loan.

Manchester United Completed a Deal for Alex Telles from Porto

In their pursuit to sign a left-back, Manchester United have finally completed the signing of the Brazilian left-back Alex Telles from Porto. With a year left on his contract, Telles’s move to the Old Trafford was likely to surface.

The deal is believed to be £18 million, but according to the Portuguese publication, TVI 24, Manchester United are likely to offer £9 million for the wantaway left-back. This is a much better deal being offered on the table for FC Porto than to lose Telles on a free transfer next summer. This is the player that Manchester United has been following for a long time, and they have gone all out to make it done before the transfer deadline day.

Houssem Aouar Transfer Twist Rages On

Mikel Arteta has been producing some scrappy wins for the Arsenal side. Winning three games of 4 Premier League games, one will indeed perceive that The Gunners are on the right track. On paper, Arsenal are producing the much-needed results, but going forward, the Arsenal side is missing a final piece of the jigsaw.

With Mesut Ozil being not in Mikel Arteta’s plans, surely Arsenal are desperate for a player marker. The North London side has been linked with Lyon’s Houssem Aouar. But, as usual, Arsenal has been dragging to complete this deal. And literally, they have been playing a game of Poker to get Aouar on the cheap.

With reports coming in from France that the Aouar deal is off, surely Arsenal are now playing a dangerous game, and they are surely running out of time. The odds are against them, and if they are really after the Lyon maestro, a fresh bid is quickly needed to complete this move.

It’s either Aouar or they will have to look for other alternatives to get a player marker that will provide the much-needed tempo for Arsenal attacking front.

Time is ticking away, and the transfer deadline is fast approaching. It’s just a matter of time before we see who comes in and who goes out.
